Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior AI Engineer to join our multidisciplinary AI & Health Innovation team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the transformation of healthcare delivery by designing and deploying multimodal AI models that improve diagnostics, enable personalized treatments, and enhance service efficiency in clinical and public health settings.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about applying AI research to real-world healthcare challenges and are driven by the opportunity to work closely with clinicians, researchers, and software engineers to build AI solutions that are interpretable, ethical, and effective.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop multimodal AI models combining video, audio, sensor, and clinical data for use cases like health screening, triage, and decision support.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines to process structured, unstructured, and physiological datasets.
• Lead or support model deployment on GPU-based infrastructures, ensuring optimized performance, low latency, and system reliability in clinical environments.
• Collaborate with domain experts to curate and annotate high-quality datasets with relevance to specific health outcomes.
• Develop tools and interfaces to enhance model interpretability and usability for clinicians and frontline healthcare workers.
• Contribute to validation studies and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., GDPR, FDA), addressing issues such as bias mitigation and privacy.
